From the first day we spoke with Belia, we felt that she was the right person to help us find our new home. In what can be a stressful and unpredictable process, she was able to guide us and encourage us until we found the home that was meant to be ours. We appreciate her giving us direction, educating us about all of our options, and being open to us looking at different types of homes and neighborhoods so that we could figure out what was right for us and our budget. Six years ago, Belia helped us purchase our first home. She just recently helped us sell that home and buy a new one. She guided us through the buying and selling process. She coordinated inspections and provided multiple references for home services. She created a beautiful walkthrough video to sell our house. She made herself available at all hours to answer our questions and go over bid packages. She worked directly with the other agents to negotiate moving dates and rent backs.
